The Refill Club is a recurring subscription that delivers your chosen box of spices on a schedule you set, at 15% off the one-off price. Here is exactly how it works — no small print surprises.

What you’re signing up for
When you build a box and start a subscription, you agree that your chosen box will be charged to your card automatically on the schedule you pick — anywhere from every 4 weeks to every 12 weeks — until you cancel. The price is the total of the spices in your box, less 15%, plus a flat £3.95 UK delivery.
Payments
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You’ll receive an email receipt for every payment, and your price stays the same each cycle unless you change your box.
Changing your box
Before every delivery we’ll email you a reminder with a link to change your box — which spices, how many, or how often. Any change applies to your next box, and you are never charged mid-cycle for making one. If you do nothing, your box simply repeats.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the link in your reminder emails. Cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again; a box you’ve already paid for will still be sent. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Delivery
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom by Royal Mail. Your box is packed fresh and posted after each payment. Delivery is a flat £3.95 per box.
If something’s not right
If a box arrives damaged, late, or wrong, email hello@medinaspice.com and we’ll put it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever suits you.
