The medina of Fes has traded spices for a thousand years. We walk the same alleys, choose from the same merchants, and pick only what smells alive.
Spices fade fast once ground — most of what you buy has been losing its punch for a year. Ours are sealed into airtight tins that keep them as fresh as the day they were ground, so they reach you at their brightest.
